Father, we praise You, lift up our hands, Join with the angels to declare Your greatness; Sing of Your mercy, Your endless love. Standing in Your presence we rejoice before our God. Our wonderful God. Jesus, we love You, fall at Your feet. Yours is the victory over sin and death. We’ll sing of Your goodness, Your risen power. Standing in Your presence we rejoice before our God. Our wonderful God. O Holy God, accept this offering- A sacrifice of praise and worship from our hearts. Spirit, we need You more every day. Make us a blessing to our Lord and king. We’ll sing of Your power, Your gifts of grace. Standing in Your presence we rejoice before our God. Our wonderful God. O Holy God, accept this offering- A sacrifice of praise and worship from our hearts. Almighty God, to You alone we sing Yours is the name we praise, for You we’re set apart. © David Woodman 2002

Holy Spirit, will You come Draw me closer to the Son. Purify my heart That I may glorify the Lord. Holy Spirit, come like fire- Tongues of flame that purify. Burn away the dross That I may glorify the Lord. Lead me to Jesus. Lead me to my saviour. I want to know Him more. I want to love Him more. Holy Spirit, breath of life, Blow away my selfish pride. Fill this empty heart That I may glorify the Lord. Holy Spirit, holy dove, Bring to me Your peace and love. Teach me how to serve That I may glorify the Lord. © David Woodman 2000

Have mercy 04:03
Have mercy, Lord You are my redeemer. Forgive me, Lord Do not turn away. For You know the sin within my heart. There’s nothing I could hide. I turn to You, my Lord. Release me, Lord From the chains I cling to And free me from The guilt that bows my head. Put a new song in my heart, my God And I will sing to You. I turn to You, my Lord. Holy One, Hear my prayer. Holy Spirit, come As I draw near. Restore me, Lord. Heal the pain within me And wash me, Lord, For then I shall be clean. I will seek Your holy face, my God. Your Spirit guides my way. I turn to You, my Lord. © David Woodman 1997

I will sing Your praises to the heavens above. I will sing in worship of the One I love. But there’s more You ask for than these songs I sing- My whole life devoted to my heavenly King. Help me live a life worthy of You. May my words and deeds glorify You. That the world may see nothing in me but You- Only You, Jesus, You. Out of love I’ll serve You, out of love obey. I’ll receive Your mercy fresh and new each day. Lead me on Lord Jesus in Your truth and grace. Let Your word direct me as I seek Your face. So I’ll sing Your praises to the heavens above And I’ll live in worship of the One I love. How I long to serve You. Use me Lord, I pray. Let me speak of You in all I do and say. © David Woodman 2002

Secure in Your arms, Lord. Safe in Your care. Resting in Your love, Knowing no fear. There’s nowhere else I’d rather be. I know You’re watching over me. I place my life in Your hands. I want to know Your power in me- To feel Your love renewing me. I place my life in Your hands. And when I’ve learned to rest in You I can live the life You ask of me: A living sacrifice to You, Showing all the world Your glory. Then I’ll be… © David Woodman 2000

When I was lost and wandering on my own He rescued me. Without a friend, searching for a home, He rescued me. People may doubt, tell me that I’m crazy Believing in things I can’t see. All that I know is when this poor man called He rescued me. When I’m afraid and trouble surrounds, He gives me peace. When I’m confused, no answers to be found, He gives me peace. I don’t understand why the King of all creation Chooses to pour His love on me. All that I know is when this poor man calls He gives me peace. No money on earth could buy what I’ve been given. It’s a free gift, you can have it all too. Don’t wait ‘til you deserve it - that day will never come. Just call on His name. You could do it right now. When I was blind, dead in my sins, He died for me. He gave up his life so that my life could begin. He died for me. But I know He’s alive by a mighty resurrection. This same Jesus lives in me. I know I’m forgiven; I know I’m set free ‘cause He died for me. © David Woodman 2002

Spirit of God, I need Your touch. Teach me to walk in the ways of Your love. Lead me in truth; show me the Son, Lift my heart to God. O Holy One, I need Your peace- Giving me comfort, bringing release, Breaking my pride, setting me free, Filling my heart with joy. I need Your love; I need Your touch, I need Your peace to flow. Lord, fan the flame within my heart. Let holy passion grow, Drawing me close to You. Drawing me close to You. Breathe Your love into my heart Let Your living water flow through me Renew my mind; transform my life Make me more like Jesus Each and every day. © David Woodman 2000

Teach me Your ways Let me feed on Your word. Lead me in righteousness. Show me the way I should go. Teach me to serve, To love and to obey. Lord, all I have is Yours. Help me to live to Your praise. Oh King Jesus, You’re my master, my saviour, my healer. I surrender My whole life into Your loving care. Lord, renew my mind, Cleanse my heart; wash me clean. Every day Jesus, I pray, Teach me Your ways. © David Woodman 2000

Father, we cry to You For those You long to touch. Open blind eyes to see Your truth And may the prodigals return to You again. Bring home Your wandering children soon. May saving grace flow through this place. Let the blood of Jesus’ sacrifice Redeem lost souls for You. Let Your light shine to the nations. Let Your Spirit open their hearts As Your church proclaims Salvation through Your name, Jesus Christ. Lord of the harvest time, Send workers to the fields- Reapers to bring Your harvest home. Use us we pray, our King, In any way You choose. We lay our lives before Your throne. Your kingdom come, Your will be done. Let Your Spirit’s power flow through us And point the way to You. © David Woodman 2002

In Your presence, Lord I’ve found Peace and love beyond all measure. Nothing else could ever take Your place As I rest beneath Your wings. You alone have been my hope Through my joys and all my sorrows. Everything I need I find in You: Father of the heavenly lights. Lord I ask You once again, Cleanse my heart, forgive my sin; Keep me walking in Your ways. That’s all I want to do. Father God, to You I come; Lift my head and hands to heaven. I will praise You every day I live, Serve You from a heart of love. Take my life, Lord; lead me on. Let each breath I take be for You. I will listen for Your tender voice As You guide my steps each day. I’ve been dreaming of the day When I see You face to face. All my tears You’ll wipe away When You make all things new. © David Woodman 2002

Every thought and every deed, Every road that I might travel, Let it be Your love that leads. Let it be Your word that guides me Into Your courts, where I might dwell. Into the place of truth and love. You have drawn me to Your presence. I have heard Your Spirit call. I will offer You my worship, Jesus Christ, the Lord of all. You have broken chains that held me. You alone have set me free. Let it never be forgotten That You came and rescued me. In the shelter of Your wing I have found a place of safety. How I long to praise my King And behold Your power and glory Within Your courts, where I might dwell. There in the place of truth and love. Saved by grace, This precious gift of life You gave. Such amazing love! © Matt Wanstall/David Woodman 2002

Come together, children of the Lord. Come with thankful hearts to worship God. For there is one body, one Lord, one God and Father over all, one Spirit, one hope, one Saviour to worship and adore. Alleluia, Jesus Christ is Lord! Praise his glorious name forevermore. Come together, Jesus bids us come. Come with humble hearts to show your love. For there is one body, one Lord, one God and Father over all, one Spirit, one hope, one Saviour to worship and adore. Alleluia, Jesus Christ is Lord! Praise his glorious name forevermore. Singing "Lord, we love you, Lord, we welcome you. Lord, we praise you, Lord, we honour you." D Woodman 2008

Worthy is the Lamb, Jesus Christ the King. We have come before you now and with one voice, we sing: "We adore you, King of Heaven. We adore you, O Lamb of God. We adore you, our Redeemer. We adore you, Emmanuel." Hear our praises rise, humbled by your grace, longing for the moment when we see you, face-to-face. We adore you, King of Heaven. We adore you, O Lamb of God. We adore you, our Redeemer. We adore you, Emmanuel. Hallelujah! Glory to your name, Name above all names. Worthy is the Lamb. Creation longs to sing "Worthy is the Lamb!" We adore you, King of Heaven. We adore you, O Lamb of God. We adore you, our Redeemer. We adore you, Emmanuel. D Woodman 2009
